Healing Through Human Connections
Mental health for the spiritually curious
I weave together my graduate training in Christian ministry with graduate training in mental health counseling. I am a licensed mental health therapist, and I am also trained in contemplative spirituality and continue to receive training in embodied trauma work like Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
After finishing grad school, I completed further training so that I can responsibly offer psychedelic assisted therapy to work with cannabis, ketamine, psilocybin, and MDMA, and I eagerly anticipate the FDA recognition of MDMA and psilocybin as therapeutic medicines.
With these perspectives, skills, and more, I work with others with respect and consideration for body, mind, and spirit. I approach this work with humility and care to understand who you are, where you've been, and to offer hope and support for the journey to discover who you could yet be.
"The body is a device to calculate the astronomy of the spirit. Look through that astrolabe and become oceanic."
-Rumi-

"One of the best ways that you can care for your soul, and for your spirit, is to limber up and make flexible again some of the views that harden and crystalize your mind and make you a barrier to your own inner depth and beauty and worth. Only in solitude, too, can you find and discover a sense of your own beauty."

About my practice
Trauma-Trained and Compassionate
Whether your trauma stems from childhood, relationships, systemic oppression, or life-altering events, our work together is guided by a deep respect for the resilience of your nervous system and the wisdom of your survival strategies. Therapy is a space where we work slowly, safely, and intentionally—toward greater regulation, integration, and freedom.
For Those Hurt by Religion or Religious Leaders
Spiritual abuse can leave lasting wounds—distortions of self-worth, fear, shame, and isolation. If you’ve been harmed by religious systems or figures, know that your experience is real, and you are not alone. I want to offer you a space where you can explore, question, reclaim, or redefine your spiritual identity on your own terms.
A Place for Spiritual Seekers
If you are on a journey to connect with something greater—whether rooted in a tradition, personal practice, or mystical experience—you are welcome here. Therapy can be a space for spiritual exploration, grounded embodiment, and integration of meaningful experiences, including those catalyzed by plant medicine or psychedelic healing.
LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent Affirming
Your identity and neurodiversity are not problems to be fixed—they are parts of you to be honored, understood, and supported. My practice is affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals, including trans and nonbinary clients, and I welcome neurodivergent people of all kinds. Together, we create a space where you don’t have to mask, justify, or edit yourself—where your whole self is not just accepted, but valued.
Compassionate support for mental, emotional, and spiritual recovery and growth.
